What would be interesting is if you create a push/pull workout routine as well.
AAT,The benefit of adding the strength is to not only increase strength on the lifts you do on those days, but to allow you to do more weight on the hypertrophy days. I did a pure hypertrophy split before, and while it's great for building lean muscle and gettin ripped, my strength was really lacking.
I need a new spread. Might try yours.
Man I wanted to do this routine but there are so many supersets involved and plus I am taking 6 classes + RA training classes. I just can't be that tired at the end of the day :(
